Returns
We offer a 14 day return policy for exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn and still with tags. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it. Accesories, Seasonal Holiday, Jewelry and SALE items are not eligible for return.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified via email once credit has been applied. If you have not received your notice for an the credit, please contact us at dearsorellaboutique@gmail.com.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within a reasonable timeframe.

To return your item, please mail your item to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping a package over $75, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
